Can I collect my online order at Planet Woooof retail stores?

Yes, of course. No charge. We will throw in a little something extra for your pet as well.

Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

We deliver to most major cities in our beautiful country South Africa. We might not deliver to your farm in the middle of the Karoo, but we will ‘maak ‘n plan’ to deliver to your closest town for a little extra courier fee.

Our delivery fees depend on where you are requiring delivery to as well as the value of your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

In general orders to major cities will take 2-3 days depending on stock availability, public holidays, weekends and when your order is placed.

Should you not receive an email confirming that your order was received by us and being processed, kindly drop us an email on e-store@planetwoooof.co.za

Will I be informed of the status of my order?

You will be updated on the status of your order by means of email/ SMS/ WhatsApp/ Messenger as follows:

  • confirming receipt of your order shortly after you place your order
  • when your order is dispatched from our premises
  • once your order is delivered / fulfilled
  • you can also track your order here

We will let you know timeously if we expect any delays with your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

We accept Snapscan, debit & credit card payments as well as EFTs
